Senior adviser on Yemen's private sector and development, and a member of the Economic Reform Team, a forum for businessmen who work on economic solutions to inform and improve government efforts and its economic policies. Aman has long represented the private sector in discussions with the government; he was one of the principle negotiators representing the private sector which developed the Public Private Partnership law presented to the Yemeni Parliament in 2014.

Aman holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from California State University.
